We produce Stainless Steel 410 Netting Wire Mesh which is ductile, magnetic in all conditions and can be formed and it is especially valuable for applications requiring high – temperature scaling resistance and for those applications where it gives only marginal protection.

Our alloy grade SS 446 Fencing Wire Mesh is most commonly used between 1500 - 2100°F, although its elevated temperature strength is quite low. Our SS 446 Welding Wire Mesh is welded with matching or with filler wire, where hardenability is limited and sections over one inch may not develop full properties.

We supply Alloy 446 Stainless Steel Spring Steel Wire Mesh that has a high ductile-to-brittle impact transition temperature and hence it is successful forming and bending is aided by low forming speeds, edge preparation and preheating to 250-400°F. Recrystallization anneal these Stainless Steel 446 Woven Wire Mesh for better ductility and fatigue strength, along with heat with temperature of 1750 Degree F for two hours, and then furnace cool.

These SS 410 Wire Mesh has excellent features like Oxidation resistance through 2000°F, Sulfidation resistance, Good thermal conductivity etc and are widely used in aplication such as Neutral salt pot electrodes, Recuperators, Spouts for conveying molten copper alloys, Oil burner parts, Combustion chambers, Furnace and kiln linings, Stack dampers etc.
